I recommend the customer always get a police report.  All insurance companies will require this form to investigate their claims. If you want us to repair your car we will simplify your claim. Make arrangements to drop off your car and I will work with the insurance company. I never add charges above the needed repair requirements. In Illinois you only need one estimate from the shop of your choice. I offer deductible financing.
